Branding for maximum visibility on the shelf
4700 BC Popcorn retails gourmet popcorn in a range of flavours. The main consideration while designing the logo for the product was that it should have high visibility on the shop shelves and appeal to the target audience – the young and affluent. Another factor in the design was the fact that since the company has a large range of packaging options – for personal and corporate gifting – the logo should be capable of being adapted to different kinds and sizes of packaging.
Using black, white and gold, we extended the diagonal line of the number 7 to create dynamism for the logo unit, placed within a circle. The logo was created for use against a white or black background, and lend a sense of style to the product.
