Bringing Boston Scientific’s vision to life visually
Boston Scientific, the multinational supplier of high-end medical and surgical equipment and devices, has a strong vision and mission for itself as well as an organisational culture and values that it would like all its employees to imbibe and practice.
While many of the concepts and components of the organisational culture and thought were already in place, we were asked to translate these into visual vignettes that could form part of the interiors of their offices in Singapore and then the rest of the world. Using brand colours, strong multicultural imagery and language, we were able to create space design that prompted top-of-the-mind recall of organisational values among the employees.
