Giving Carnation office a truly brand-friendly appearance

Our first design instinct for Carnation, India's largest integrated multi brand auto solutions network, was to keep away from the heavily photographic style used in the genre and break the mould with a simple graphic style. And our instinct did not go wrong. Using colour combinations (derived from the eponymous flower) from an already existing logo we were able to create a range of space design for the fa├žade of the showroom as well as its interiors that really worked well.

Interior design included a reception desk designed like the front of a car, signage, service directory boards, washroom signage, direction signage and much more. The same visual identity was used in the company’s advertising campaigns. We also developed a mascot for Carnation, called Otto, a robot created by inverting a part of the company logo. His presence added a special zest to the overall design.
