Powering e-procurement for small businesses

Powering e-procurement for small businesses

Getting buyers and suppliers on the same platform
becomes a win-win situation for both

When Infinia Corporate Solutions asked us to evaluate their e-procurement software for user friendliness and design logic, we realised that the project would require a complete rethink. After a thorough understanding of the software and several meetings with the client, we developed a roadmap of the project, keeping in mind the persona of the two key stakeholders: the buyer and the seller. We also had to contend with the fact that the stakeholders, especially the suppliers, were not very tech savvy and would value ease of use most.

Having established a look and feel for the brand, we went ahead to design the screens, ensuring that the number of steps and clicks were brought down to the minimum. We also introduced customised dashboards for the buyer and the seller which would allow each to manage their e-procurement processes as well as reporting on all aspects critical to their businesses.
The software was renamed and relaunched as Renepay to appreciation from users not only in India but also in the Singapore market.
