We collaborated with master weavers in the interiors of West Bengal who created sarees in their respective art forms while capturing the symbols and nuances of each day of the festival. The packs capture the art created on the handlooms and the journey of the artists in keeping alive the handloom legacy of West Bengal.
While the packs narrate stories of each of the five days of celebration, when placed together they created a whole, seamless picture representing the rituals of this UNESCO recognised intangible Cultural Heritage of West Bengal.
