Kapil began his career at Mudra in 1996, training under the legendary duo Freddy and Naves. His creative journey includes tenures at Capital, TBWA, Mudra, Everest and VGC. It was now that he decided along with his long-time partner, Arnab Chatterjee, to turn entrepreneur by founding Tree Design.

Recognition has come by way of multiple campaigns in Lürzer’s Archive, awards at New York Festivals, AAA of I, Abbys, One Show and Clio. He has also been ranked the number one Indian writer by Lürzer’s Archive, 2004.
Arnab started his career in 1995 at one of the most creative agencies of the time-Trikaya Grey. It was at TBWA where he partnered with Kapil Dhawan and they together headed creative divisions in agencies like Mudra, Everest, and VGC, before they started Tree Design.

With 20 years’ experience in graphic design, print design, branding, photography, project management and strategic thinking, Rishi is a multi-faceted communicator in a range of disciplines. He believes that every good idea needs ideal design interpretation for it to become great.
Apart from his extensive creative experience in advertising and design, Nikhil is also an artist, a great storyteller, a writer, a typographer, an eco-enthusiast, an art educator, a tabla player and an ardent lover of the theatre. His desire to give back to society is expressed through ‘Imagenie Art Hub’, where workshops help children enjoy the freedom of expression through different artistic mediums.
Krishnan has over 20 years of experience in advertising having worked with McCann, SSC&B Lintas, Enterprise Nexus and Rediffusion DY&R. He has worked across India, South-east Asia and Africa, with McCann Worldgroup, based in Mumbai, Delhi, Thailand and South Africa for clients from varied domains.
Vishal worked with McCann and Contract before starting The Hive, one of the hottest small agencies in Delhi, which later merged with McCann, Delhi. He has worked extensively with clients such as Oracle, CSC, Reebok, Coca Cola, Fidelity and NDTV.
Dipankar started his career at R K Swamy and then worked with Clarion and Rediff before joining Contour Advertising as branch head. Then moving to JWT (earlier known as HTA) where he worked for 24 years, many of them as head of the production and profit center on brands such as GSK, Pepsi and Nestle
After qualifying in printing technology from the Regional Institute of Printing Technology’, Jadavpur, Mridul garnered over 30 years of hands-on experience at Mehta Offset Works, Delhi, Everest Advertising and Samsung Advertising Division ‘Cheil WorldWide’. He’s a table tennis champ and represented Delhi in the All India Veteran Table Tennis Tournament.
